Cycle Gear I recently went to the Cycle Gear on Independence boulevard here in Charlotte North Carolina. I was very happy with the service I received and the staff there. They are never pushy and allowed me to shop to pick out the right gear. Everything is pretty well organized and in stock. They will take the time to make sure you get the correct items that you are looking for. They also offered to order it online for me and have it shipped to the store. I’m very satisfied, I’ll continue to return there when I need things for my bike.

Good place to go to if you want to see merchandise and to try on. Do your research before going here. Not a good place if you want to ask questions or seek advice.. etc. I was trying to find a helmet and jacket for myself and was being helped by a sales person. The sales person told me that he needed to step away and that he would return to help me. He never returned. He disappeared from the sales floor . I then went to look at jackets. I tried on several on my own and was able to select one without others asking if I had questions or if someone was helping me. The prices were competitive and I liked the jacket so I bought it. I would have bought a helmet too… but had to go elsewhere to buy it.
Enjoyed my experience and would recommend this store to everyone. Everyone helped me find everything I needed and were very helpful. Looking forward to coming back. Thank you very much.
