What is Kanui’s return policy?
You can request the exchange of a product at Kanui within 60 calendar days after receiving your order, but be aware of the following rules:
- You must submit all items in the return request
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- The item must not contain signs of use, including products in the categories: underwear and beachwear
- Merchandise must contain all tags intact
- The product must be sent together with the invoice, manuals and accessories

You must go to an own or franchised post office, taking the Authorization Code and the product for postage.
The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, wrapped in brown paper and accompanied by the tags, manuals and accessories, and the invoice that was delivered with it.
